General Member Application
We want to make sure our members are passionate and driven to enact public health change. Working with local organizations means there is a steady stream of tasks to tackle, and we need to know you will be able to handle the responsibilities to come. Furthermore, we are looking to see if our club aligns with your academic and professional goals. We have a limited number of committees and slots available, so we want to ensure we recruit members who are committed, dependable, and excel at collaborating with a team! Below are details of our application process. Please note: we only recruit in the fall.

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and curious students to join our club. Make sure to take some time to demonstrate your understanding and interest in public health in your application. We hope to build a tight-knit community of students interested in furthering community health through partnerships throughout Washtenaw County and Southeast Michigan.
Introductory Mass Meetings
9/06, 5:30PM EST - Zoom
9/09, 5:30PM EST - CHEM A859 or SPH I (location TBD)
Attend one of two informational mass meetings to learn if CURIS is a good fit for you, meet other prospective members, and talk with our Executive Board! We will talk more about our organization, discuss who we are partnering with this year, and explain what the application process looks like. Content is identical between the two meetings.

Grab some coffee and connect with current CURIS members! Here's a chance to make your impression in a casual setting. We'd love to get to know you better, and will be available to answer any questions you have before you submit applications.

We want to learn more about you! These casual, 30-minute Zoominterviews are opportunities for us to learn more about your academic and career goals and assess if your interests align with our organization.
